Servagio Terms of Use
Effective date: November 1, 2026
Who these terms cover
Servagio is the client reporting platform run by Watts Media Ltd. ("Watts Media", "we", "us") at app.servagio.com. These terms apply to anyone who signs in to Servagio or reads a report from it. By signing in to or using Servagio, you agree to them.
Your business's agreement comes first. If the business you use Servagio for has a written agreement with Watts Media, that agreement controls wherever it and these terms differ. These terms fill in the rest, and they cover people the agreement doesn't name, such as a business's staff and the people it shares reports with.
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Your account
- How you get access. Watts Media invites you to one or more business accounts, or you connect your own business's Google Ads from Servagio. You see only the accounts you were given or connected.
- Your login is yours alone. Don't share it. Keep your password and your 2-step verification device safe, and tell us right away at privacy@wattsmedia.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for what happens under your login, unless it happened because of a failure on our side.
- Access can end. Your business or Watts Media can remove your access at any time, for example when you leave the business or its work with us ends. If your business connected its own Google Ads, disconnecting it ends every Servagio login's access to those accounts. We may also suspend an account that we believe is compromised or is being used against these terms.
Acceptable use
Use Servagio only to see and act on information about the business accounts you were given. You may not:
- try to reach an account, report or record you were not given, including by changing a link or an ID;
- test, probe or work around Servagio's security, or interfere with how it runs;
- copy Servagio's data out in bulk by automated means (scraping, bots), beyond the downloads and exports it offers;
- copy, resell or rent out access to Servagio, or use it to build a competing product;
- upload or send anything harmful, such as malware; or
- use Servagio or its reports for anything unlawful.
If you find a security problem, please tell us rather than test it further. We will not take action against anyone who reports one in good faith.
Your business's data
The business owns its data: its advertising accounts' data, its leads, calls and jobs, and the notes and settings its people enter. It lets Watts Media access the accounts it connects and use that data only to run Servagio and provide the services in its agreement with us.
When a business connects an account, it confirms that it has the right to connect it and share that information with us, including its customers' information, and that it has given its customers any notice the law requires (for example, that calls may be recorded and transcribed). If you connect a Google Ads account yourself, you confirm that you are authorized to do so for the business that owns it. You can disconnect it at any time, and choose then whether Servagio should also delete the data it collected.
Sharing reports is the business's choice. A business may forward its reports to anyone it chooses, and it is responsible for who receives them.
No cross-client benchmarking. We do not use one business's data to benchmark, compare against or advise another business, even in anonymized or combined form.
Reports and recommendations
Servagio reports what other systems tell it, as carefully as it can. Read its reports with these limits in mind:
- Figures come from other systems: Google Ads, call tracking and the business's CRM. Those systems can be late, incomplete, or revise their numbers afterwards, so a figure can change after a report is published.
- Servagio would rather leave a number out than show a wrong one. When it cannot confirm a figure, it withholds it or notes the date its data starts from, instead of showing zero.
- Reports show what happened alongside the advertising, not proof of what caused it. A rise in leads in the same month as a campaign change does not, by itself, show the change caused the rise.
- Some text is drafted with AI from the report's own figures. A Watts Media person reviews and approves it before you see it.
- Recommendations are our professional advice, and the decisions are yours. Servagio does not change your advertising accounts itself; people do, under the business's agreement with us.
- A published report can be taken down if we find a mistake. It leaves Servagio, and its recipients are emailed. A corrected version, if there is one, is published as a new report. Please don't rely on a report that has been taken down.
Revenue figures come from the business's own CRM. They are not accounting records, and nothing in Servagio is financial, legal or tax advice.
Ownership, other services and availability
What belongs to Watts Media. Servagio itself (its software, design, the Servagio name and the way it builds reports) belongs to Watts Media. Using Servagio does not transfer any of it to you. The business keeps its own data, as above, and may use and share the reports it receives.
Other companies' services. Servagio depends on services run by others, such as Google, CallRail and the business's CRM. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their outages, errors or changes, though we will tell you when one affects your reports.
Availability. We work to keep Servagio running and its nightly data current, but we can't promise it will always be available or on time. It may be offline briefly for maintenance. We may add, change or retire features; if a change removes something your business relies on, we will tell it in advance where we can.
Disclaimers, liability and governing law
As is. Servagio is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, Watts Media makes no promises about it beyond those in these terms and in the business's agreement, including any implied promise that it is error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Limits. To the extent the law allows, Watts Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from Servagio, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Where a business has an agreement with us, that agreement's limits of liability apply. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any claim about Servagio is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state courts in El Paso County, Colorado (Colorado Springs), or the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
Changes and contact
Changes. When these terms change, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will email everyone with a Servagio login at least 24 hours before it takes effect. Using Servagio after that date means you accept the new terms.
