Servagio Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 1, 2026
Who we are and what this covers
Servagio is the client reporting platform run by Watts Media Ltd. ("Watts Media", "we", "us"), a Google Ads and marketing agency. It lives at app.servagio.com. This policy explains what information Servagio holds, why we hold it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
It covers three groups of people:
- People who sign in. Watts Media staff; staff of the businesses Watts Media works for; and people who connect their own business's Google Ads to Servagio themselves.
- People who receive Servagio email. Report recipients and invitees, whether or not they ever sign in.
- Our clients' customers. People who called, filled in a form, or became a job for a business we work for. We hold their information only on that business's behalf (see "Information we handle for our clients").
It does not cover the Watts Media website, or the websites, ads and phone lines of the businesses we work for. Those have their own policies.
Servagio does not sell personal information, does not use it for advertising, and does not run advertising or analytics trackers on its pages.
What we collect
We collect what Servagio needs to sign you in, build your reports, and connect advertising spend to real jobs. Nothing else.
| What | Examples | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Your account | Email address, name, how you sign in (Google or password), your role, the business accounts you can see | You, when you accept an invitation or sign up; Watts Media staff, when they set up your access |
| Sign-in security | That you set up an authenticator app; one-time email codes, kept only as a scrambled hash, with whether each was delivered or opened | Our sign-in provider and our email provider |
| Email delivery | Who a report or invitation went to, when, and whether it was delivered or bounced | Our email provider |
| Advertising data | Campaigns, keywords, search terms, spend, clicks, conversions, and account change history, including the email address of the person who made each change | The Google Ads accounts a business connects, either through Watts Media or by connecting its own Google Ads manager account (or single ads account) from Servagio. Each connection shares only that system's data. A business that connects its Google Ads shares its Google Ads data; a business that connects its call tracking shares its call-tracking data; a business that connects its CRM shares its CRM data. Today a business can connect its Google Ads itself or through Watts Media; its CRM and call tracking are connected through Watts Media, with the business's agreement. |
| Google Ads connection | Which Google account gave Servagio permission to read a business's Google Ads, and when | You, when you connect your Google Ads from Servagio |
| Lead and job data | Customer and caller names, city and zip code, job address, job stage and dollar value, estimator and crew names, call length, call source, call transcripts | The business's CRM and call-tracking accounts, connected with its permission |
| Activity in Servagio | Reports published, approved, edited or taken down; notes; recipient lists; who did each and when | Your use of Servagio |
| Technical logs | IP address, browser type, pages requested, errors | Recorded automatically by our hosting provider; we remove phone numbers and names from them |
Customers' phone numbers and email addresses are stored only as one-way hashes. We use those to match a call to a lead, and they cannot be turned back into the number or address.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account secure, including 2-step verification and one-time email codes.
- To show each business its own information. A client login sees only the business accounts it has been given, and nothing about any other client.
- To build and send reports: spend, leads, jobs and revenue by channel and service area, emailed to the recipients the business chooses.
- To recommend changes to advertising, such as keywords to exclude, bids and budgets. Servagio observes and recommends; every change to an ad account is made by a person.
- To draft report summaries with AI. We use an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to draft summaries and recommendations from figures and search terms. Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, zip codes and call transcripts are never sent to it. A Watts Media person reviews every client-facing summary before it is published.
- To keep Servagio running: fixing problems, monitoring nightly data syncs, and preventing misuse.
We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Information we handle for our clients
For lead, call and job information, the business we work for is in charge of it. That business decides what it collects from its customers; we process it on the business's behalf, under our agreement with it, and only to report on and improve its advertising.
- We keep each business's customer information separate and never combine it with another client's.
- We never contact a business's customers, and never use their information for our own marketing.
- When a business stops working with us, we delete its customer information or return it, as our agreement with it says.
If you are a customer of one of these businesses and want to see, correct or delete your information, contact that business. If you contact us instead, we will pass your request to the business and help it respond.
Google user data
Servagio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Servagio connects to Google in two ways:
| Connection | What we receive | What we use it for |
|---|---|---|
| Sign in with Google | Your name, email address and Google account ID | Signing you in and matching you to your invitation |
| Google Ads connection, made by Watts Media staff with the business's permission, or by the business itself from Servagio's Connect your Google Ads card | Permission to read the business's Google Ads manager account and the ads accounts directly under it (or its one ads account), and the email address of the Google account that gave it. Google's permission for Google Ads also allows changes, because Google Ads offers no read-only permission; Servagio's software is built so it can only read, and it never changes campaigns, budgets or bids. | Reporting and recommendations for that business only |
We use Google user data only to provide these features. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. People at Watts Media read it only to serve the business it belongs to, to keep Servagio secure, or when the law requires.
If you connected your business's Google Ads yourself, you can disconnect it at any time from Servagio. Disconnecting stops Servagio reading your accounts, ends every Servagio sign-in's access to them, and asks Google to cancel Servagio's permission. You can also remove Servagio's access from your Google Account permissions page at any time.
Who we share it with
Inside Servagio, a business's information is seen by that business's own logins and by Watts Media staff. This includes a business that connected its own Google Ads: Watts Media's team can see everything Servagio reads for it. Outside, we use a small set of service providers, each limited to what it needs:
| Provider | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Google Cloud | Everything Servagio stores, held in the United States | Hosting, database and file storage |
| Google Firebase Authentication | Your email address, name, sign-in method and authenticator setup | Signing you in |
| Postmark | Recipient names and email addresses, the email itself and any attached report | Sending Servagio email and reporting delivery |
| Anthropic | Advertising figures and search terms only | Drafting report summaries and judging search-term relevance |
| Semrush | Search terms and keywords only | Classifying search intent |
Servagio also reads from the accounts a business connects (Google Ads, CallRail, and its CRM, such as Leap or ServiceTitan). We do not send personal information back to them.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of Watts Media, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
Email, cookies and browser storage
Email. Servagio emails published reports, take-down notices, invitations and sign-in codes. For each one we record whether it was delivered or bounced. Sign-in code emails also record whether they were opened; some email apps open messages automatically, so we treat that only as a hint. Report emails do not track opens. To stop receiving reports, reply to any report email or ask the business to remove you from its recipient list.
Cookies and browser storage. Servagio sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our sign-in provider keeps your session in your browser's storage so you stay signed in, and signing out clears it. When you choose Sign in with Google, Google's own cookies and policies apply in its window. Servagio's pages load fonts and icons from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it serves them.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
| Information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Sign-in codes | Each works for 10 minutes; the hashed record is kept as a security log |
| Unused invitations | Expire after 30 days |
| Your account | While you have access, and deleted on request after it ends |
| Published reports and their email records | For as long as we work with the business. A report taken down stays on file as a record but is no longer shown |
| Lead, call and job data | For as long as we work with the business, then deleted or returned as our agreement says |
| Data from a Google Ads account you connected yourself | Until you disconnect. When you disconnect, you can also choose to delete the data Servagio collected from your accounts; we keep a record that the business connected and when it disconnected (and when its data was deleted), but not the data itself |
| Technical logs | About 30 days |
Security. Servagio runs on Google Cloud, which encrypts stored data. Access is limited to signed-in users, each scoped to the business accounts they were given. Staff with full access must use 2-step verification. Customers' phone numbers and email addresses are stored only as hashes, and the API keys for connected services are kept in a dedicated secrets store. The Google sign-in a business gives Servagio when it connects its own Google Ads is kept in Servagio's database, which Google Cloud encrypts, and is used only to read that business's own accounts; disconnecting deletes it and asks Google to cancel it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the business promptly.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal information Servagio holds about you. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your state's privacy law, and we will honor them. We will not treat you differently for asking.
If your information came to us through a business we work for, as a lead, a caller or a customer, contact that business first (see "Information we handle for our clients").
Children. Servagio is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes. When this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will also email everyone with a Servagio login.
